This April, we’ve got a guest headliner from LA ready to drop a full headliner set on you. This April, The Headliner Series Welcomes: Halli Borgfjord!
Halli Borgfjord is a comedian based in Los Angeles. A first generation Icelander raised in Michigan, Halli has been seen on AXS Live TV, The Mindy Project on FOX, and heard on the nationally syndicated Bob & Tom Radio Show, XM satellite radio, and on his album “Have you been Borgfjorded Lately?” which debuted at #2 on the iTunes Comedy Charts. Over the years Halli has performed all across North America and made his way to being a regular at the top comedy clubs in LA. Additionally, he has performed at numerous comedy festivals – most notably the Laugh Your Asheville Off Festival, Gilda’s LaughFest, the inaugural Big Sky Comedy Festival and the Cabo Comedy Festival where he was a finalist in the Jack Rollins rising-star showcase. In addition to standup, Halli studied sketch and improv at the UCB Theatre in Los Angeles.
The show will feature Lauryn Petrie, some special guests and your host Jonas Barnes. As always, the show is Pay What You Can so everyone is welcome. The show starts at 8pm. Get there early for damn good food, cheap drinks and pinball downstairs. We’ll see you April 24th at 8pm.
Every Wednesday at 11:00, Lizzie Cassidy will give you 3 minutes to tell jokes, curse, rant, read poetry (please don’t read poetry) and drink booze. We’re gonna have a real good time together. Come on down! And tell people we have punch and pie. More people will come if they think we have punch and pie
